COUNCIL OF COUNCILS AND NEIGHBORHOOD COUNCIL MEETINGS – JANUARY 23 &25, 2024

 

Great Falls, MT - Next week, the Council of Councils will host its January meeting, Neighborhood Council #3 will hold a Special Meeting, and Neighborhood Council #4 will hold its regular monthly meeting.  Below is a brief summary of the meetings:

 

Great Falls Citizens Council (also known as the Council of Councils) January meeting takes place on Tuesday, January 23, at 7 pm in the Civic Center Gibson Room.  Each of the 9 Neighborhood Councils will be represented along with 2 City Commission members. Agenda items* include GFPD update, City of Great Falls Growth Policy, election of officers, and council reports. Neighborhood Council #3's (NC#3) Special Meeting is on Thursday, January 25, at 4:30 pm in the Corpus Christi Church, 410 22nd Ave NE. Agenda items* Fundraising for Skyline Park and Valley View Park, NC#3 trifold brochure and neighborhood concerns. Neighborhood Council #4's (NC#4) monthly meeting is on Thursday, January 25, at 6:30 pm at the Heritage Baptist Church, 900 52nd Street North. Agenda items* include 36th Street South Traffic Study, election of officers, bylaw review, and neighborhood concerns. In Great Falls, there are currently 9 Neighborhood Councils. Their purpose is to serve the citizens of Great Falls by providing a direct link to City government within the neighborhoods.
